DFW Home Remodeling provides bathroom remodeling services, including complete bathroom makeovers with premium fixtures, finishes, and professional installation. The scope of services for each project is defined in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Prices, promotions, and offers displayed on this website are starting prices and are provided for informational purposes only. Promotional pricing (for example, a starting price for a complete bathroom remodel) reflects typical project scope and is subject to change without notice.

Any estimate provided through this website or by phone is not a binding quote. Final pricing depends on project scope, the condition of the existing bathroom, selected materials and finishes, and any unforeseen conditions discovered during the work (such as plumbing, electrical, or structural issues). A binding price is provided only in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Additional restrictions may apply, including geographic service-area limits, minimum and maximum project sizes, and scheduling availability. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

By submitting a quote request through this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the property owner or an authorized representative of the property owner.

You consent to be contacted by DFW Home Remodeling by phone call, text message (SMS), and email at the contact information you provide, regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

Project timelines, including estimated completion timeframes, are good-faith estimates and are not guarantees. Delays can result from weather, material availability, permit processing, change orders, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to provide safe access to the work area during scheduled working hours. Changes to the agreed scope must be made in writing (including signed change orders) and may affect the final price and schedule.

Payment schedules, deposits, and accepted payment methods are set forth in your written agreement. Deposits may be required to secure materials and scheduling. Late payments may be subject to late fees as stated in the agreement.

You may not withhold payment based on disputes about unrelated matters. If you dispute any charge, contact us promptly so we can work to resolve it.

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty coverage for labor and for materials is described in your written agreement. Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply to fixtures and materials supplied by manufacturers and are provided by those manufacturers, not by DFW Home Remodeling.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or conditions arising after completion of the work.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of DFW Home Remodeling or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFW Home Remodeling shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from our services, except as expressly provided in your written agreement. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless your written agreement provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
